Frames are up!
Visited the site on Monday morning. Frames were up as well as windows/sliding doors and plumbing which all seemed to be completed.
Bricks were supposed to be delivered on Friday but found out that roof will be done this week instead of bricks. Brick delivery scheduled for this Friday 1/11.
Thx Sunny. Yes i will be getting a private inspection done at lockup and PCI stages.
@Cameron - contract period says 25 weeks. But yes they are progressing with build pretty quickly. I read on forums that Some other EB builds have finished early.

ReplyDeleteWe didn't specifically ask for termite treatment. As far as I know all EB homes come with termite treated frames.
